We currently organize two weekly rides - one in the SW and another in the NW. However as we grow, we may consider adding more rides to the schedule.
We send email notifications the evening before the event to stay informed about upcoming rides. You can also check out our Strava Club page for ride details.
Our rides are structured as interval sessions. We ride together to the designated location and strive to push ourselves to the limit on the Strava segment. After a brief recovery period, we repeat the process. If this sounds exhilarating to you, come join us!
Start the week right by getting those legs pumping with our hot laps session at North Glenmore park!
Meetup: 3407 26 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T3E 0N3 (Lukes Drugmart Parking Lot)
Departure time: 5:45am / Return: 7:00am
Distance: 17km – This includes only one lap of North Glenmore Park. Total distance will vary by the rider.

The group heads to the NW to conquer the Varsity Estates.
Meetup: 3630 Brentwood Rd NW (Brentwood Village Shopping Center - Harvey's)
Departure time: 5:45am / Return: 7:00am
Distance: Distance: 12km – This includes only one lap of the Varsity Estates loop. The total distance will vary by rider depending on the number of laps completed. Each lap is ~4km
